Position OverviewRepair, maintenance, and installation of equipment and plant electrical equipment, and requires good working knowledge of PLC I/O, knowledge of instrumentation design and calibration.
Complies with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
Key Responsibilities o Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and established safe practices and ensures that all direct reports do the same.
o Work with high and low voltage motor testing, circuit breakers testing, circuits testing and troubleshooting.
o Work with PLC, ESP, and VFD setup and troubleshooting.
o Process gas analyzer troubleshooting and calibration.
o Piping and wiring.
o Pneumatic controls.
o Hydraulic controls.
o Lights and receptacles troubleshooting.
o Field instrumentation- Level - calibration and troubleshooting.
o Field instrumentation - Pressure - calibration and troubleshooting.
o Field instrumentation - Temperature - calibration and troubleshooting.
o Weigh Feeders - Calibration and troubleshooting.
o CEMS- Maintenance and Coordinate Repairs with Environmental Manager.
o Drag Line - Maintenance and troubleshooting.
o Quarry - Troubleshooting.
o Participate in good housekeeping practices using 5S Housekeeping program.
o Follow all safety policies, procedures and practices.
o Assist with other departmental needs as required.
o Must be able to provide instruction, direction and support to outside contractors for special projects or plant outages.
o Operate mobile equipment.
Education Degree in the electrical or electronics field or equivalent training Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and have experience contributing to a positive, employee oriented culture.
Requirements o Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities and must meet qualifications required for this position.
o Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule to include nights and weekends and must be able to assist Electrical department with Call out and work after scheduled shift if need be.
