Office Manager

American Dairyco-Florida, LLC owns and operates two large dairy farms located in Gilchrist County. The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient flow of information at the dairy to include herd activity, inventory, purchasing and general business records. Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative paperwork ensuring accurate and timely submittal to the corporate office. Ability to work with a high degree of independence and professionalism. Participate as key member of dairy management team that produces a high quality product while promoting animal welfare and a positive work environment. Schedule: M-F; Hours: 8:00-5:00. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Accountabilities:
o Maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets and files in required formats. Responsible for timely submittal of daily, weekly and monthly dairy reports. This requires a high degree of accuracy with frequent interruptions.
o Enter dairy-level accounting information into Great Plains software - accounts payable, purchase orders, etc. Manage vendor relationships and work to resolve account issues.
o Learn, understand and become efficient at working with PCDart and EZFeed.
o Oversee payroll and human resource activities ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
o Basic office duties including filing, copying, answering phones, etc.
o Perform other duties as requested.
Required Skills, Qualifications and
Experience:
o Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
o Minimum five years administrative experience with at least two years overseeing a busy office with a high level of transactions.
o Proficiency with Outlook and Excel required.
o Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills.
o Ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task by processing accurate work in timely manner.
o Strong communication skills (verbal and written) a must.
o Proven customer service, pleasant voice, and professional appearance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
